Shay leads the Gravity Global UX/UI team, spearheading the delivery of high-performing digital experiences. With 150+ websites and applications launched under her direction, she ensures our clients’ brand strategies are artfully reflected and the most important, and often overlooked, the voice of the end-user is central to the strategic direction of our digital work. She is a certified UX expert through the Nielsen Norman Group. Her experience includes work for B2B and B2C clients including Honda, United Launch Alliance (ULA), Arrow, Phillips66, and several not-for-profit organizations like Adam’s Camp and Craig Hospital.
Outside of work, you’ll find her at the beach, on a trail, or reading historical fiction by a cozy fire with her husband, dog, and son River.
