Morsekode created HealthCareLane.com, a fully modular and customizable Web site targeting consumers. The site is designed as a fictitious street filled with buildings and characters. Each character represents a topic, and as the user explores the street they see videos and interactive graphics while learning about healthcare. The barber talks about traditional healthcare plans. The pharmacist talks about pharmacy benefits, and so on. The site has a simple Admin tool that allows UnitedHealthcare to create custom versions of the site so that each employer group sees only the buildings that are relevant to their benefit plan. HealthCareLane.com is also a public site and is being promoted nationally.
